A place for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to read, learn and make friends. Anyone can participate, whatever their reading or ability level.
Explore wellness for your body and mind with chair yoga led by Katie Wagner. This class is perfect for beginners or those who are more experienced. Participants may bring mats if they wish.
