Ages 12 - up. Join us for game night at the Tech Center! Each month we’ll alternate between thrilling Dungeons & Dragons adventures and exciting board games.

Ages 12 - 18. A social support group for LGBTQIA+ youth. Each month, we do a different activity, including art, games, movies and more. Come make new friends or bond with current ones! 

Get ready to swing into the stacks! Join Miami University’s Swing Club for a lively evening of music, movement and fun as they teach you the basics of swing dancing right in the library lobby. No experience or partner needed!

Just like Bingo, but with music! We'll play some fantastic summer hits and you will listen for the song titles instead of numbers to win and sing along. Test out your Singo skills for multiple chances to win prizes.

Families. Come meet members of the 501st legion and a Jedi! Drop in for Star Wars themed activities and a chance to win a themed prize!

Suggested for ages 4 - 11. Ahoy there, mateys! School is out so hoist the Jolly Roger as we fly off to Neverland to explore J. M. Barrie’s classic fairy tale–with a swashbuckling twist: everyone is a pirate!

Ages 12 - up. Bring a digital photo on a flash drive or cloud storage and learn how to trace it on our digital drawing tablets.

Listen to a different true crime podcast each month and then come to join the discussion! Maura Murray disappeared in 2004 during a 10-minute gap of time.

Ages 15 - up. Join us for a screening of “Toni Morrison: The Pieces I Am” (rated PG-13), celebrating the life, literature and legacy of Lorain native Toni Morrison.

Ages 9 - 13. Curious about Dungeons and Dragons? Come learn the basics in beginner adventures for tweens only!

Ages 12 - up. A mad scientist has trapped you in a laboratory. Escape within the time limit or become lab rats forever! Then, get a behind-the-scenes look at some of the tech used to make this experience.

Ages 12 - 18. Celebrate the end of the school year by playing Mario Party! Snacks will be provided.

Ages 8 - 11. Stop by the library to build Legos with your family and have the chance to meet some new friends!
