Meeting Rooms

Use of all Lane Library Meeting Rooms has been temporarily suspended.

  • Community groups may schedule meetings, free of charge, provided that all meetings must be free and open to the public.
  • Community groups whose purposes are non-profit, civic, cultural or educational are encouraged to use the various library meeting rooms for group meetings when the rooms are not being used for library related activities.
  • Meeting rooms may not be used for social activities, private parties, commercial endeavors or gatherings which advertise a product or service.

By submitting your request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the Lane Public Library System’s Meeting Room Policy.

Requests are subject to meeting room availability and library programs take precedence.  You will be contacted by a Lane Library Staff member 24-48 hours after request submission.

The Lane Libraries buildings have reopened, but will be closed on July 4 and 5. They will be open normal hours Monday - Saturday, closed Sundays for the immediate future. Learn more about hours restrictions and safety guidelines  here.
