Income Tax Help at the Lane Libraries
The Lane Libraries are offering free income tax preparation for senior citizens and residents designated as disabled or low-income February 4 - April 10. Volunteers from AARP will be available for one-hour sessions at each Lane Library location on specific dates. Appointments are required. To make an appointment, call 894-6557 on weekdays beginning Monday, January 7. The schedule of appointments is as follows:

Fairfield Lane Library, 1485 Corydale Dr.
Mondays: 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m.
Wednesday: 9-11 a.m., 1-3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m.

Oxford Lane Library, 15 College Ave.
Tuesdays: 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m.

Hamilton Lane Library, 300 N. Third St.
Wednesdays: 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m.
Thursdays: 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m.

Ohio Benefit Bank program's online income tax preparation assistance.
Tthe Governor’s Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives has launched a statewide effort to provide free federal and Ohio income tax return assistance to Ohioans with household incomes below $54,000 per year.

The assistance is offered through The Ohio Benefit Bank – a free service that provides help for low and moderate-income Ohioans to claim tax credits and other work support benefits. Call The Ohio Benefit Bank toll-free at (800) 648.1176 between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST or visit www.obb.ohio.gov.
