Brookside Estates is a subdivision in Section 16 in West Chester Township, west of Cox Road and south of Barrett Road, including such streets as Brookside Drive, Brookridge Drive, Brookdale Drive and Brook Knoll Drive. The plat for the first section was recorded in July 1965.
