The Lane Libraries have five meeting rooms for public use.
Community groups may schedule meetings, free of charge, provided that all meetings must be open to the public. Community groups whose purposes are non-profit, civic, cultural or educational are encouraged to use the various library meeting rooms for group meetings when the rooms are not being used for library related activities. Meeting rooms may not be used for social activities, private parties, commercial endeavors or gatherings which advertise a product or service.
To inquire about reserving a room, fill out the form below. Requests are subject to room availability and library programs take precedence. You will be contacted by a Lane Library Staff member 24-48 hours after request submission. Remember to read our Policies.
