Maple Park and Maple Ridge is a northeast part of Middletown which was listed as a village plat in the Butler County Atlas and Pictorial Review of 1914.
The area is bounded on the northwest by Tytus Avenue (or Old Middletown-Franklin Road), on the south by Manchester Road and on the east by Webber Avenue. It includes Ohio, Illinois, Texas and Glencoe avenues.
