Cloverdale is part of Middletown, immediately west of Woodside Cemetery, south of 14th Street and between Main Street and Verity Parkway (Ohio 4). It was listed as a village plat in the Butler County Atlas and Pictorial Review published in 1914 by the Republican Publishing Company.
