Middletown Junction in Warren County is on the south side of the Little Miami River between Kings Mills and South Lebanon, where the Middletown & Cincinnati Railroad connected with the Pennsylvania Railroad's Cincinnati-Columbus mainline, originally the Little Miami Railroad.
